Section 13 of Companies act, 2013 allows the companies to get its name changed post incorporation by Passing special Resolution (Shareholder’s Permission) and Approval of Central Government , however permission of central government is not required it relates to addition or deletion of word “Private” to the name.   2. File E-Form – RUN with ROC

  3. Once the name is approved, issue notice of General Meeting and hold the meeting for approval for alteration of MOA

  4. File Form MGT-14 and INC-24 to the ROC (Registrar of Companies)

  5. New Certificate of Incorporation is Issued Post approval by ROC (Registrar of Companies)
